This delicious adventure starts with a enjoyable walk along the Malecón (Boardwalk) of Miraflores, it is a group ox parks which runs along the upper edge of the Green Coast of Lima’s cliffs, from the Park of Love to Chinese Park, also to enjoy a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and its famous islands (San Lorenzo & Frontón), afterwards a taste of the famous “Pan con Pejerrey” (Silverside fish sandwich) in one of the popular huariques (local and small restaurant).
Then we will visit the San Isidro Market to taste the delicious seasonal Peruvian fruits and learn about the different agricultural products that come from the coast, rainforest and highlands of Peru.
Tour in the Archaeological Center “Huaca Pucllana”, this historical place is one of the most important cultural treasures of Peru. Located in the modern and tourist district of Miraflores, this impressive Archaeological Center was built by the Lima Culture between the years 200 and 700 AD. and was used as a ceremonial and administrative center. The building consists of several stepped platforms and interior patios built mostly with adobe and filled with stone. Later occupied by the Huari and Ishma Cultures. On this visit we will have the opportunity to explore the history and culture of Peru in a unique and unforgettable way.
Peruvian Ceviche Preparation Class, the chef will teach us step by step the preparation of this popular and very traditional dish at family gatherings, friends both in homes and restaurants. Lunch included.
